Well. I saw this pretty cool invention made by 2 small girls in China not even in Secondary school!!
They made chopsticks made of potato paste, hardened with some other materials. It is as durable as normal chopsticks, and what's more.. you can eat your chopsticks!

Ok. The beginning of exam week! Roughly 12 hours from now will be my Physics SPA, aka Science Practical Assessment. As the name goes, I will be tested on my practical skills. But it should not be of any problem.. may be some minor errors in data collection +_+ . But I should score it bah.
I shall just "ren3", or tolerate the 2 weeks of frustration and pressure. Ok I have yet to feel it. I was playing MapleStory and ET in the afternoon, haha XD But still. Just 2 more weeks to freedom. Ok maybe not. But its better to get it done with, rather than let it make you mug over books until your eyes pop out. After the tests.. will be time to finish ACE. Once ACE is done.. I will be 3 grades higher!

Ok lor.. my parents win lar. Whenever they "caught" me using MSN Messenger, they claim I am chit-chatting or plainly wasting time. I find this rather offensive on my part. Even when I told them, proved to them I was discussing work, they would just simply reply that I should not even need to discuss as I should be "concentrating". All those crap. But what can I do? Shout back? Retort? No, I can only submit to their "will". What is worst is when I am talking to my teachers, then they sometimes come and demand me to close connections with them.

So.. this is all I can say now. I am feeling rather sleepy. Going to have an early night. Ciaoz!

Yay. I have finally crossed the main hurdle : Chinese class test. Although I did not do that well (i think so), but I felt that I have actually improved. Well, at least I will improved. Three days of memorizing and writing might have produced some fruitful results :) .
Anyways.. Hell Week is coming. 5 tests lined up in a row. Its an average of 1 test to 1 day! Omg.. Luckily.. 3 of the tests are subjects which I do quite well, and not as bad as Chinese.. although I still do have a Chinese composition test.

Well. I can say that I will become a mugger for next week. Heck the rumours, heck the taunts and the tease. Mug, score well, and be merry. Just 1 week. I will do it.

Ok.. the exam week is starting!! nooo!!

I have set an aim to get an MSG of less than 2.0 .. which qualifies me for a new laptop! Now trying to mug chinese (yea really mugging), but its so hard!
I am seriously thinking about mugging for this term. I want to score my Chinese and English better. I am not going to any crappy C5 take over my languages! The worst shall be only B4!!! But it is soo hard! Have to memorise 2 poems for Chinese class test.. the 1st one was pretty simple.. but the second one is like Greek to me. Totally, blatantly, stupendously I do not know anything about it. Tried going online.. dunno what the hell it is about.. And a problem is. when I tried memorising this.. i forgot my previous poem totally!! HELP!!...

haiz.. well set that aside.. I must seriously work hard for my Biology, as it seems to be failing me =( .. Unsure why. In addition.. must secure that A1 for Physics and Chemistry.. and this should sum up my subjects pretty well.

Well.. its reaching the end of the year soon. Time flies fast man. SOoner of later I would be in an examination hall scribbling and writing down my answers on some A4 sheets which would determine my promotion to Secondary 4! But hey.. after about 3,4 more months... look what is instore! Holidays!!!
So fret not. work hard. The holidays are there. Do not ruin it now.

school: I keep getting niaoed by teachers.. (niao stand for tease or something liddat), but I do not really mind that.. what i do mind is sometimes the incessant "cheering" of my name kind of put me off... but I still do not go around blasting ppl..

home: my parents still restrict me. they locked the room after catching me playing games red-handed.. eh. i have done my work! ..zzz but nvm.. it actually controls me.. to do my homework. at least it has made me improve my chinese by forcing me to study chinese! =D

well. just came back from Sabbaticals @ PAsir Ris

It was so fun. We went to pasir Ris mangrove Swamps for our microbes study, and we did alot of readings there. The mud was YUCKY and STICKY. I lost 1 sole (Shoe sole) to the mangrove =( ..

Later i accidnetally stepped into a stream and my whole shoe was rendered unusable. It was totally black i swear i could pass it off as army boots! woo. so i threw it away. [Actually i expected that. i brought another pair along hehe]

So we took readings and we trudged through mud. It was a fun experience, something out of the classroom and very wild.

When i reached school, i stayed with a few others and MENG Bridge [ya the card game] for 1 hour! woo.. learnt it in 30 minutes yesterday. i wasnt that bad, always unlucky to get unlucky cards boohoo :( [But once i got triple ACE!!]

Ok. i am back from an 10 hr snooze..

Why a 10-hour snooze? Back from EC3 Sec 1 orientation camp. It aint bad.. but some of the sec 1s were like disinterested :(. but overall it was fun and enjoyable.

During Solo night, 3 sec 1s literally stood up and walked around solo after 15 minutes of boredom! Solo night = night where you sit alone in darkness .
I guess we did not put them into scary/dark enough positions, so it was that frightening at all.

This is my 1st time holding a camp, it was kind of slacky lolz. the activities kept them occupied! :)

AT night, we watched Battle Royale. Its like OMFGBBQWTF?!??!? Sadistic freak. THere was this guy on a killing spree, with more than 10 kills and yet he did not die. He was damned lucky to get a sub-machine gun.. GG lolz.

Anyways, the seniors showed us ( Sec 1s and Sec 3s ) about EC3's 25 years of history. Our club was started in 1981 .. and that's quite frigging long. Our 1st few chairman includes Ong Teng Chong's son and Daniel Lee (now a teacher in HCI).. There were also other memorable activities as well. wooo00ts..Shant speak all .. =X cant rmb though

Well, overall it was a fun time. Now what i expect? Sabbaticals WOO()()()()TS

Story:

My parents brought me to West Coast market there for lunch. My mother was "pi55ing" me off by complaining of me chatting to friends on MSN. My defense that we were discussing made her say that discussing was useless for me, who would regulary "toggle" between games and work... Well. that's kind of -.- for me...

I am trying not to put all the profanities to describe the both of them incase they read.. and also in discretion. But i can tell you this.. I have been welling more than 1 year of nagging.

I can claim that I am a happy-go-lucky person, able to forget events that happened the day before. I do not fret so much on nagging and complains. I accept suggestions and can tolerate some jokes about me. Or in short, an angry Kevin can take quite a lot of work. (If on purpose, I can tell)

But 2dae seemed to be the peak. SO i just told them the 2 words... then my father slapped me, or rather literally punched me (My lips were bruised and bleeding slightly inside). ASked me to get out of the car, and settle for my own dinner, and to return home myself.

So I took it not so seriously. Though i know i had to do it. but the problem is that i did not have my wallet. Luckily, West Coast is my common hanging out place with my Primary school friends, so I could make my way back home. I got the "backup" key from my grandparents, (those who know me understand what i mean) and waited for a shuttle bus back home. No lunch, no prob. I had taken a good breakfast beforehand =X

When i reached home, they were there.

Basically, this post is void of feelings. As i am writing this, I am suppressing them. Trying to. Ok, i mean. Imagine this: Your father ask you to get out of the car, and ask me to "GET LOST". Literally said "GET LOST" to my face. I was naturally calm, but my inner self was like WTFKNBCCBKB ???!?!??!?! I cant imagine if we had gone to somewhere else. i can be GG.. (good-game. those who dunno, its slang for GG =X .. kk. slang for dead meat?)

AT home, an air of stillness surrounded us. I was basically quiet, lip-sealed and retreated to my room. I could say this "curfew" was good to me in some ways. I did my non-PC homework? hehehehe. Like i done maths? planned for English compo. and read the Chinese article wooops. things i would not do if the PC was around. I had experience such things b4. but this was the longest curfew i had. Basically, I did the same thing that he wanted - A timetable of what i gonna do today and tommorrow.
Gave it to him and waited.. waited.. waited.. only after dinner did he read. then I approached him and popped the question.

he questioned me about the many projects i take... and blah blah blah..
so now i am HERE :) YAYZ !!

1. Never say the following words... Shut Up, Errrrr, Quiet or anything that ask them to stop what they are saying.

2. If they are nagging, try and keep silent even if you are angry, and try and nod. Also formulate ideas and ways of escaping possible questions in your mind. Sometimes blurting out random words can incite the anger.. arguing always makes you(child) lose.

3. Give them what they want in less than 5 minutes. even if they ask it in 10 minutes.. You never know what they can pop-up

basically that is what it takes to survive .. especially no. 2

I feel like pursuing a science research career. However I think Chinese is blocking my way now :( Anyways, why do we have to learn Geog, History, Literature and other craps.. when our career only basically needs about 3,4 subjects like English, Chinese, Science etc.. SO what if we learn History.. I aint targetting or what ever sort.. I know the Singapore Government wants a holistic education.. but isnt it like "wasting" our time learning things we not gonna use in the future??!?!?!??!

Think about it.. that's my opinion.

k.. that was lame..

My gym "training" has been going on successfully. 3 times a week, 1 on a weekday, and 2 on weekends. After a run, which I am damned weak in, I'll go for some arm training, like the Arm Curl.. Well, 2 hands, lifting 20kg load 20 times... My record so far.. but the consequences is an aching pair of hands =(

My running training is more of speed, training on my speed for a distance of 1.5KM. i'll aim for 2.4KM to suit the NAPHA soon. I just realised that i havent been recording my scores, so its a bit futile.. Well, i'll just get a W/S and start recording ...

my aim: BEAT ZHUO YAN !!! OMG OMG OMG (Those who dunno zhuo yan, he's a Shotputter and his chest is x2 the size of mine) XD

So, School is currently good, nothing much here and there. We are still holding out well. I juts realised Sec 3 is actually quite good. I mean, I get a whole lot of friends.. new friends to mingle with... Although i havent really "adjusted" or become "buddy-buddy" with them, at least I know THEIR names, and like approach them to ask trivial questions. I think it takes time for us to slowly develop friendship. And, I hope Sec 3 isnt the time when I'll slowly drift off from 2I 2005. We've been through wee and woe. And i dun want to have this lsating friendship "pooooof" gone...

Hilarous.

But it was quite ok,

i had to teach the freshmen powerpoint basics like adding Flash objects, movie clips and sounds, also teaching them the websites.

Occasionally, i showed them other functions of Google, like calculator.

Well... 2dae's post is supposed to be for yesterday.. just did not have the energy to do it..

Monday

Went out to Bukit Timah Plaza for some fun with Ching TO and Jevon, b4 making our way to plaza Sing in preparation for the cinema show.
At Plaza Sing at about 4.00, we went to the arcade to play. Chingto used up $2 in no avail.. could not beat any in Rdige racer.. lolx

Whereas I wasted $1 in trying to get a Sony PS2P and another $1 in trying to get an ipod nano... I almost got the PS2p !!!! xD just was unlucky / the machine cheated... those pictures stuck on the glass panels make me red hot in anger.. as if i want to punch them !!!

then later.. at 5.00pm 3 of us decided to go to the cinema, since I had 2 free ticket.. Jevon/Ching to offered to pay the last ticket... however.. we realised we had forgotten about buying the ticket.. and since Jevon was going out with his parents.. we said BB to him..
it was like LoL.. sold out.. then Chingto tried to persuade Jevon to wait 2 hrs for us xD

Overall.. the show was not bad... though it had cut short MANY MANY things from the book.. as the series continues.. more gets cut =(
I like the Yule Ball best ;p everyone dressed up so nicely...

Out of the blue, my friends notified me about a play that we had to watch today.
Called, "十兄弟", or "Ten Brothers" in English, the play brings us back to the olden times, in the year 1400.

The play had an interesting presentation. It was narrated through as a form of a storybook which a schoolgirl has written. A tale about 10 brothers with each having an extraordinary ability. Evil strikes the family, and when the brothers were on the verge of breaking up, their mother dies, and the brothers cooperated again to drive out the evil. Finally the mother actually went into a deep slumber, and the show ends.
Hilarous show, literally. At our age, seeing those acts and stunts, complete with the eccentric behaviour and clothes, was rather a waste of time. On a lighter note, there was a story and moral told, but the acting, although needing alot of effort, were kind of... funny.

Later, I followed Siyuan, YX, Ruizi and RJ to the food court. Well, it was not really a food court. It was rather a restaurant. A plate of chicken rice $3.50 ??!?! I aint eating man. Mango Pudding costs $2, and a bowl of fish soup with rice $4. what crap ? Somemore the food court was Food Junction, and FOod Junction prides in "Service" and "Cheap" food. Indeed cheap -_- ....

later, went home all tired. missed the clementi MRT stop and ending up in Jurong East. I reached home and slept till about 7.00 ... really tired....

ok.. so finally I have a post eh?
I just realised that my blog seems to be getting a bit neglected :( , but it is fine with me. This is just created to post my views and opinions and share some other events.

Today I read about this article about the consequences of careless blogging. Although employers have a point, employees still have the right to speak, or rather speak behind their seniors' backs. Blogs are just personal diaries, where one shares with other people. It is like writing a diary book and later passing it around. Gossiping will never stop, it is one of the enemies of any business. Even if blogging is monitored/banned/restricted, employees will still find a way to express their opinion.
However, one cannot seem to draw a line between what is suitable and what is not. For example, racist remarks. One might get pissed by another race because that fella' somehow cut the queue/purposely knock into the writer/do some other annoying stuff and want to rant about it. But in the process of letting out the anger (we are taught not to bottle up our anger), one might not be able to differenciate racism or just venting their anger. Due to that, many blogs have been shut down. This is also an extremely important case since Singapore relies on the many races to survive.

What has become a hobby turn out to be a platform for flaming/scrutinising/jeering. Also, blogs that are supposed to be accessed by just a group of friends will become a blog that is accessed by thousands of viewers daily, all thanks to media attention and the itchy nose of "moderators" trying to snuff out racism and unwanted materials.

Think about it. Is blogging now an ideal place for us to really voice our opinion?

Other than that, the day ended normally.

Although at 3pm...
I just got a message that I won a PDA in some science competetion that was held on TV. Not sure what issit, just sent my address to them first.. hopefully its quite good.

well.. it seems that one week has gone, or rather we are now one week closer to exams. So far so good, I am doing my homework ( Could have said I rushed through them in the wee mornings before school starts ) and presenting them :D. A much better attitude than before. I am also going home much later than usual, about 3.30pm~4.30pm. That means I am playing Maple for a lesser period of time.

I hope to get satisfcatory results for this term, and I think I can make it.. But..

ok.. now I am going back to my blogging spree, which is to read other people's blogs and post in my own blog once every 2 days. I am going to start using proper English in my blog, so as to pull up my socks in English.

Today, we have a new geography teacher, or rather acting as a stand-in for our own sickly Geography teacher who would be out of action for a few weeks. This new teacher, to many of us, were 2 thumbs up; or to simply say, better than our old Geography teacher. She dazzled us in the first lesson, although to me it was kind of a waste of time, as many of us were either chatting or finishing up our undone English homework.

When the day closed uneventfully, Ching To and I went to KAP to have "lunch". We found a spot beside the potted plants, bought some sundaes and started on our homework. Altogether, I finished 1 and a half chapters for English and Ching To finished a History ACE which was marvellous. However, he ate humble pie and said the content was rather bland, only adding a little more spice with flowering language.

After which, I went to his house. First time in my live I seen a house so clean as his (Actually other houses were also very neat, but his is exceptional). I cannot say much, for I do not want to be accused of some trival matters. But I have one word to describe him and his family: Awkward.

Then a huge thunderstorm without rain came. The 7.00pm sky was literally as dark as pitch black, or midnight black. The ominous clouds loomed over our heads as Ching To's mother drove me to my home, threatening to release gallons of water on the metallic car. But the rain did not came. It came as a drizzle. Yes, a light drizzle, although lightning flashed and thunder crashed in our ears.

Well, after that the night is going to past without any interesting things to write about. My parents are in a good mood, somehow, and I am going to spend the night reading blogs and articles I have missed out during the week.

Sorry for not posting, been quite restricted from the computer + several other committments during the whole week

this is a nice Teachers' Day event.
Firstly, we have to go through some arduos time
hearing some people sing
try as you might
one cannot imitate TV shows
cuz in the end it screws up

every year its like that

not bad though

although he proved himself worthy when he became a "worm"

the NCC was nice too

so we went to play soccer

decidd to play at void deck
firstly playing some catching with some restriction (rules)

then played soccer

stopped and played block-catching
from the name it is catching
in a certain block of 13 floors
survived the 2nd game

12pm @ Science lab - Glued my index finger onto the plastic sheet that's part of the aerokite. My friend accidentally squirted too much, and within 3 seconds, I am part of the aero-kite. The trainer managed to peel (yea. literally and honestly) my finger off. My finger is thus coated with a layer of dried glue. Luckily, its gone 2day =D

12pm @ SAME Science lab - Got electric-shocked and burnt. Held on a wire. WAnted to test a parrell series of LED lights. One set is done, so connecting the other one. Took the last wire, put it onto the battery, overlapping the 1st set wire. All of a sudden, I felt a jerk. (not really jerk, just a zap). Ok. not so bad. Put again, the whole wire's coating melted T_T . Melted so fast, before I could let go, my hand got burnt. Ok my middle finger to thumb, the 3 fingers have streaks of white now. Quite pain, run it under the running tap for about 15 minutes, before Mr Yap sprayed it with something..

Hurts a bit, now and then. This is so cool..

well. after another long week. I can finally use the computer.

Barred from the computer cuz I just muttered some words under my breath, and my parents thought i was cursing them.. -_-;;;

But managed to find the internet cable in their hiding place, and played Maple Story and Gunbound.
Could play from 7.30 till 5. when i got to go for dinner. =)
However, now that my mother decided not to go to school, well, no more games for me.

so well. this is just a post.

They asked me to put up a schedule. and it sucks.
Very boring people i have with, who do nothing but scold me.

Ok. Fine. This is the limit. 1 week into the holis, and now my parents are gonna ban me from computer, unless i plead for it!!!
In the car, they asked me some questions, cuz they didnt liked the way I answered, they thought my ep3 had made me worst, and complained about the school values and bla bla bla. all the crap. and decided to bar me! WTF?
Now, i am trying to squeeze every single time i have into this blog and ghomeowkr, in the meantime, wishing they will understand today's SATURDAY section in the Straits Times. And realised that i also multi-task, and am not not focused when i have a book in front of my computer! (no American meaning)

SO. Its been another week since I last posted. Well. the first week of school holis are coming to a close! Time really flies...

Well, been for SMO, Singapore Mathematical Olympiad. I kinda screwed up for that. Knew only about 1/5 of the questions, or rather, attempted. Will be placing a huge bet that I'll fail.

Then, comes the auditions. The auditions was kind of crappy. Literally everyone was either playing or running about, and poor Ren Jie tried to keep everyone as per normal, to his sense.

AFter that, for Wednesday and Thursday, I slept and overshot the Hwachong bus stops. Both of them! Yesterday and today, so I was 1hour late for my ep3 ..

well, not enjoying my holis yet, my parents have yet to lemme play at all. only played like 1 hour at 1am, b4 having my parents beckoning me to sleep..

Well, yesterday was hectic.
Stupid chemistry, so darn friggin' hard. Already first question stumped.. last questions stumped. bet i'll flunked it.
then come End Of Term Activities.
We "won" for soccer. 2K was reputed to be the best of soccer, so we challenged them to score 5-0 on us. hehe they scored only 4-0! loser.. x_X
Next was the cleaning of classroom. yeah i poured 2 buckets of water all over the class, i bet my row is one of the cleanest.
Then comes results. Impossible i got second, but i got it. well, calculate that i got a whopping 1.87 MSG. I improved from my mere 2.98 last term. Guess what. my parents are still unhappy. ohh. see my CHinese, see my Major Research paper, i am gone. They scolding me. I am very mad.

After that comes the play. Erm we walked for about 3,4 bus stops from KAP to my school. But stopped half-way due to lack of time, which we found out to be plentiful once we reached there.
The show about some PRC scholards, about their life and problems. Very interesting, simple CHinese i can understand. And there were some exciting parts *cough*. Douglas and Darrell Leong were the best.. Tey scream in excitement when the protaganist bends down. o.O
Well nice story though. like it.
So i am gonna sleep. and wake up to slack till now..

waiting for my parents to sleep so i can play Maple... but my friggin' mother is beside me!

Well. seems like i have yet to post.. kind of busy these few days..

Firstly for this day.. it was raining cats and dogs, and it was literally spawning cats and dogs.. somehow i saw alot of canines and fenines running past the roads without a slightest thought of a cruel death of being reduced to nothing but pulp. Then i got an all-time sleepiness rate and somehow went for forty-winks on my table.. randomly shifting position to suit my style.
Lessons were long and dreary.. and several of my friends.. *coughs* Erwin *coughs*, or Mark and even *rolls eye* Felix? *rolls eye*. Even monitor and chairman is caught taking a snooze during lessons?

Finally the end of Literature lesson. I can say I flunked my poetry test... When i went up there.. my whole legs were shivering in fright.. and in this horrid fright.. i forgot every first line of each stanza.. and each stanza consists of 3 lines and there are about more than 6 stanzas... o_O
Can say I was one of the worst.. and I tried to get as much help from the regular silent hints from Elly and Renjie.. still i could not make it.. And more my explanation. i am not sure whether it was convincing enough..

Towards the end of the day... we rushed through Project's Day. I wonder what would Rui Yi be doing now.. since Darrell Ang took it home. Made some dimensions and a guideline.. hopefully can present by Friday..

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Douglas and Erwin was just 1 year closer to death! Well.. going to watch movie on Saturday. Dont know where my parents would agree.. because its my Chemistry Module Exam next Friday.. TO be honest.. i revised already.. and my parents still stressed me on revising Chem at night.. I remember last night I was bargaining with them in a heated battle on doing my IDS first.. before Chem. Please! Chem is NEXT WEEK. ok bad mentality.. But its next week.. In addition to Nature Ramble, another activity which appealed to me was Blind Man's trail. As the name says so, all of us were blindfolded.. And supposed to trek through some places.. using only commands and feeling to navigate our way through a dark dark place.. =/ I cant see..
The only lead was our Instructor pulling the first boy.. and that was already good enough.. Once i got stuck.. such that my leg was caught in some kind of bush. Took me quite a while.. but in the meantime losing the link! There was utter panic as I flailed my way through.. but luckily was able to find my friend.

So that's basically about camp.. if you want a detailed version.. tag!

Firstly.. I shall talk about camp!
--------- CAMP ----------

Personally.. the camp was kinda ok... only the food was rather crap. This isnt criticizing the caterer, or reprimanding Saint Adventures (the camp instructors). But personally i think that the food would be much much better.. The chilli tastes like plain water.. or rather tasteless. even me.. who has a slight "phobia" of chilli could jolly well enjoy and drink the curry.
The rice was also hard.. but sometimes it was just fine.. But the chicken and fish pieces were hard as stone..
--Now to drinks.. --
The drinks could be very varied. The syrup water was not syrup.. but the hot cocoa (Milo) was fine. But it was too hot.. and would take about 5,6 mins to cool down to drinkable temperature, but we only had less than that to eat.. including the time wasted to queuing up.

Activities were the normal kind, but two new activities had a high appeal to me. Topping the list was Nature Ramble. This is activity is one of the kind, as we could no longer find such places in abundance: swamps and mud trails. This activity wants us to trek through swamps and "raging" streams. It was quite fun, as you could feel a strong current up your knee, and the adrenleine rushing up your neck. After that, we were "forced" to lie on the water face up (thankfully) for a while.. as we were supposed to play a scenario of a bee attack. Next came the fun part.. we were told to climb up a muddy trail. This kind of mud.. was thick and very black in color. It is unlike the normal mud, such that it was darn warm and quite nice to touch. Same thing.. and we went down and rolled on the mud. Thus, 2I had one class of black people =/
But with great fun.. comes great responsibilty... Had to clean everything off, and it took us more than an hour. Firstly soaking in the sea for 10 mins... it was nice and soothing.. A guy near us was fishing.. sorry to him ler..

Then went on to read the papers.. then went to finish Mathematics Assignment 10..

THought of lazing as i got one whole week to do it.. Maybe i'll do Assignment 11 tommorrow. kinda excited on what we'll do on the 2 days we'll spend in school.

Well... I went to watch tv... laze around and slack. I really got nothing to do.. and everything seems soooo boring.
Attended a BBQ, then went home.. bath. and now slack again. b4 going to sleep...

Yes! I was able to "upload" my ACE files into my Gmail account! Wohoo!
Ok here's the story.

After the crappy Sports Meet, I approached the computer labs, with hopes of it being open. Ok it didnt open. So I went to all of the classes, and wished that one of the class would be opened. Tried the Clocktower block.. Sec 2 and Sec 1 blocks.. until I found a class of the Sec 4! After going in, I felt very cooled, as there was still some air con left. Dunno why. So I rushed to upload my files. ^^ Now sending them to mr Kent Cheong.. let's wish that he accepts.

So after that, I went to look for my lost thumbdrive.. still cant find. Damned. another $100++ gone down the drain. It happened last term too >< I think it was around Febuary. FINE! Now I wont bring any more thumbdrives.. but I find it a big hassle.

No more bad things... eh? No no no! I went to LAN in Hougang Plaza with Melvin, his NPCC mates + Zheng hao. It was kinda fun, especially a sniping map where it only consists of bunkers to hide it. I can say I did not pun.. but I got kinda lotsa frags though. =/
However, as the hours get by, we lost contact, as we were sitting in seperate places. Some of us went to play with pros.. and got out of the centre fed up. Well for me.. went to a game which was very fast paced.. Can asy it lasted about an average of 10 seconds. =(
the game was CS

Ok. So we played and forgot our time. great. So we went out bankrupt. We squeezed every $ we had on our lunch, before really becoming dry. For me, I was left with $4.. sh!t. Did I say $4? Damnit now i cannot top up my EZ-Link card. It was -$0.30 . Great huh?

tried a gamble in Hougang MRT. But the bloody man said that I need $5. After showing off my blank wallet, he took down my IC number, and you know what he said? "Boy, I want you to come back and give me back the $1". That was so fcuking stupid. I live in CLementi, why would i go back.. unless I play more LAN, but that will be another 6 more months I guessed.

The conversation went on:
"But I wont be coming back here after quite a long while..."
"So you say you may not be able to return the $1?"
"Can say so.. as I live in the West.. or in Boon Lay (Lying).. How about reducing my EZ link card by $1?"
"Ok. If that's the case.. I'll write down your IC"
Scribbles my IC on a piece of paper
"There, you can come back any time.. and return me the $1. I have recorded it down. You may go now"

So I left. now How I wished that guy got knocked down or have amnesia. And that the paper get used as toilet paper or some sort... Crazy. I could have said I wont GO BACk at all. haiz.. just that stupid $1.

Ok so I went back with heavy hearts. And a wish that my wishes would come true.. =/

Good news: I PASSED MY CHINESE TEST!! It was so lucky! Literally my first page was blank.. =/ But it was the rest of it , comprehension, that made me pass the test.

Ok. Finally Let's start work! been memorising since 8.30pm =/ Kinda slack though. was working on my ec3 project.
the poem I selected is very special, it talks about death! Well, it actually talks about how the author want his family to feel after his death, as the author wrote this as he was a soldier fighting brutally in a battlefield. Ok, now I try and type it out. So long!

Today its kinda sick. The Australian Science Competetion that was held today is easy. For some reason, the questions that came out were almost the same as those from Primary School! Well, I am not trying to brag, but i just think that the $8 is there to give us a certificate =)

ok, so after 2 tests, come the last test of all! Maybe not the last test, but for this week at least.. Ok lar. After this would be Literature test. Must regurgitate 20-line poems. Ah its not that bad though.. at least. the prob is that my poem is about death, and ms Kala would ask me why i chose "death" ... =/ So long. Will put another post at night.

Well, the History test turned out not to be that... hard... after all.
Also, I would have rather said that I had wasted alot of time studying the WRONG thing. It seemed as though the Weimar Republic would be the main subject of the test, but it turned out to be about the League of Nations! Wow.. how clever the setters were, and our teachers... smart to make us toil our way through thousands of words and books, panic about a new topic yet to be known to us, YET it only came in 1 of the 3 questions given. -_- "

ok fine. BUT i answered the last one improperly.. I am so screwed. =/ Studying so much about Weimar, i forgot about the League. Ah, nvm. What's done is done - "Let bygones be bygones" =)

SO now, its time for Geog. Kinda sian, so went to watch tv throughout. My damned father was at home, and brought me to Funan the IT Mall =/ Lotsa laptops very "cheap". Just watched "Scholars of Scholars". Something like Brainiest Kid, but its darn stupid. It gives only History and Mathematics questions. Dont seem like scholatic questions at all.

And, it seems that my tag-board is super lag at this moment. WIll change it in about a few minutes time.

Well. it seems that the HOlidays are finaly oVeR ...

that spells doom for me. throughout the 3 days. i dunno if my "revision" is really revision. i am going to be screwed for tommorrow's test.

worst still, just now after dinner. my damned cousin, brought a movie (The CORE) and everyone watched it. I was also enthralled, and forgot about my revision ><
btw, the movie is kinda nice. alot of sacrifices made, very sad though =/ 3/5 people died. ONe died a quick death. Another was very poor thing. He died by being crushed alive!!

this is v. bad now. and i got really no confidence in meself. i have forgotten everything about the Nazis. the Weimar Republic is now hazy in my minds. Oh no! Why should all these happen to me? Well... i am now just praying that tommorrow's test wuold be lenient. Now going to pia History all the way. Hopefully i grasp some teeny weeny information about the topics. So long for my History

to add to the pain. i have to remember some crap poem thing by Thursday. And the prob is.. I forgot about it!!! Arr... in 2 days. expect me to remember a 20 line poem? that's so darn gayish. I am gonna be killed, and fail that! why wasnt i informed of that? Imagine cramming 20 lines of some literature piece that doesnt give you any meaning. Is that possible?

well, it seems that this would be another bad ending for Term 2 of schooling. Just as term1, hopefully i improve my msg by 0.1 ? that'll be better.
